Return Policy

We stand by the quality of all our products. If you purchased a product directly from our online store and are not satisfied, you may opt for a return and refund within 30 days.

To qualify for a refund, the knife must be in new condition, free of wear, damage, or modification, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.

 

Please note:

  • If the knife is returned and found to have no issues after inspection, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Returns based on personal preference (such as not liking the size, style, or design after use) are not eligible for a refund.

Follow these steps for a hassle-free return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at official@ticonic.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund (minus the 5% restocking fee if applicable) within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

As the original owner of a Ticonic knife, we guarantee against defects in materials and craftsmanship. We provide free repairs for such cases, but this warranty excludes loss, theft, or damage due to misuse, abuse, alteration, accidents, neglect, improper sharpening, blade breakage, and normal wear and tear. Using our products for unintended purposes is considered misuse and is not covered.

If any Ticonic product you own fails before its reasonable lifespan (not due to misuse or neglect), please email us.

Like all tools, our knives need proper care for optimal performance and are subject to normal wear. Knives and other products used heavily may eventually reach the end of their lifespan and should be replaced.
